Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
All "Preorder Units" are processed within 7-15 days and shipped within 3-5 Business Days. Orders are not shipped on Weekends or Holidays.
All “Ready to Wear Units” are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days ONCE order has been Processed. After processing please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered to you.
Please make sure that your address is correctly entered to ensure on-time delivery.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Please be mindful that The Wig Slaytion is NOT responsible for any lost/ stolen orders. Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received a tracking number, the assigned mail carrier will be held responsible for your package.
